Pop the champagne: it’s an Appleton Dress Party!

These last few weeks sewing along with you all have been a blast, and it has been such a delight to see all of your amazing Appleton Dresses! I love seeing the variety and personal style reflected in all of your work. Check out this bushel of Appletons (see what I did there?!) and see who won 3 yards of jersey of their choice from Emma One Sock at the end of the post!

What beautiful dresses! I can’t wait to cut mine out and sew it up! I’ll be starting tonight. 🙂 🙂 Congrats to Carolanne! 😀

    1. Looking forward to seeing it Andie!

  2. 51 Appletons! You should be so proud! I can’t wait for your next pattern to come out!

What a lovely pattern line you have created. I could not pick a favorite/best dress if I had to. they all were great and flattering.

  4. Tanya Maile says:

Look at all of those babes!

  5. Stephani says:

Everyone looks fantastic in their Appletons! I’ll be sewing my first one this weekend, hopefully to wear to an event next week. So excited!

    1. Super, I hope you love it!

  6. T says:

They all look fantastic and now I have some brilliant new blogs to follow too! 😉

    1. Yay curvy lady blogs!

  7. #lovealltheappletons!!!! seriously, all you ladies have made fabulous versions!

  8. Carol says:

I like the dress, but the neckline is way too low for me. I know that if I made it, I’d never wear it. Is there an easy way to make it higher?

    1. Hi Carol – wrap dresses are by their nature low cut so unless you want to wear it with a camisole you are probably better off trying a different style of dress

  9. Woot! So many pretty ladies and now I’m off to stalk a few fabric selections too!

  10. Love this bushel it’s full of love and beauty, covered at the moment from the terror happening in Paris…………..

  11. I loved seeing all these gorgeous gals in their Appletons! I made my first one in black, but I have a black and tan oversized houndstooth knit for my second one; I think it’s going to be gorgeous with a high heeled oxford pump! I’ll feel so wonderfully like a sexy nerd;)

  12. They all look beautiful. Great work ladies.

  13. Meg says:

Everybody looks fantastic!! Can’t wait to get started on a second Appleton!

  14. Did I miss something? Where is my dress??

    1. Hi Rachelle – to enter the contest, you needed to either use the hashtag on social media, or email us – did you do either of those? Sorry if we missed that!

  15. LaNell says:

Wow! Everyone not only has made such beautiful dresses, they are some very beautiful models! I can’t wait to make one

Let me know what you think!
