Here at Cashmerette, we’re a small, friendly team dedicated to helping curvy sewists feel confident through making their own clothes. We’re looking for an experienced Pattern Development Manager to join our team!

The Pattern Development Manager ushers new patterns through the development process, from conception to market. They write pattern instructions, coordinate with pattern drafters, facilitate testing, and manage QA and proofing. This position is full time and based in our South End studio in Boston, with some remote time possible. (Especially during the pandemic.)

We’re particularly looking for someone with experience developing sewing patterns as well as managing complex projects. Exceptional fitting skills are required!
