From hot summer days to cold winter nights, the Wexford Top & Dress is the pattern you’ll want by your side! A swing-style top and dress with a roomy fit in the waist and hips, the Wexford features a scoop neck and includes three sleeve lengths (short, mid, or long) plus a sleeveless option with banded armholes. Sew yours up in a lightweight jersey to beat the summer heat or in a sweater knit to stay warm and cozy in fall and winter. This pattern comes in sizes 0-32 and cup sizes C-H and is available exclusively to Cashmerette Club members.

Breezy sleeveless throw-on dresses are so convenient and comfy for summer, but it’s not so fun if your bra is constantly peeking out of your armhole! That’s why we designed the Wexford to cover bra straps with no gaping in the armhole.
Mal is wearing a size 6 E/F. Her measurements are 34″ high bust, 38″ full bust, 30″ waist, and 39″ hip and she is 5′ 5″.
Jenny is wearing a size 20 G/H. Her measurements are high bust 44″, full bust 49″, waist 42.5″, and hip 47″, and she is 5′ 6”.

Sew up your Wexford in a light to mid-weight knit fabric such as rayon, cotton/lycra or poly/lycra jersey, rib knits or ITY with at least 30% crosswise stretch. The Wexford works great in all seasons—it all depends on the sleeve option you choose and the fabric you pair it with.
Mal’s tencel rib knit sleeveless Wexford Dress is perfect for spring, while Jenny’s jacquard sweater knit long-sleeved Wexford Top is sure to keep her cozy in fall and winter.

Thank you thank you thank you Cashmerette! My sewing mo jo has been lost for a while – but the Wexford is just what I have been looking for – perfect. I have bought a year sub to inspire me for more makes after several Wexfords 🙂 I might try the bra pattern too. Thank you again from one happy excited sewer
The Wexford looks like something I would love to wear Contra dancing. An FYI- The models’ hair is beautiful, but it is covering the neckline and arm scythe, especially on the sleeveless version.
