Every month, club members receive a new pattern in sizes 0 – 32 and cup sizes C – H, as well as a variety of other goodies: a fitting masterclass taught by curvy sewing expert Jenny Rushmore, access to a live virtual event, an exclusive discount to the Cashmerette shop, and more. If you want to start (or continue) your journey to a beautiful, well-fitting handmade wardrobe, Cashmerette Club is the place to do it!

Joining the Cashmerette Club

How do I join Cashmerette Club?

It’s easy! Simply choose your plan (see the section below for plan details) and add it to your cart on this page. Once you complete your checkout, you’ll be able to log in to your Cashmerette account and access all of the sewing goodies available at your plan level.

Do I need a Cashmerette account to join the Club?

Yes, you need to have a Cashmerette account to participate. It’s easy to join! Just click “Store login” at the top right hand corner of cashmerette.com, and then click “Create account”.

How do I access my monthly goodies?

Here’s Jenny to show you how!

Once you’ve joined the Club, you’ll be able to log in to your Cashmerette account (the same one you use to make your purchases on our website) and access all of your Club content through the member dashboard. You’ll also be sent an email every month with direct links to all that month’s content.

To download any of your Club patterns, navigate to the pattern pages from the dashboard, add them to your cart (at no cost) and complete the checkout. You’ll instantly receive a download link in your email, and you can also find your download link in your Cashmerette shop account page.

The fitting masterclasses, live event recordings, Cashmerette Clubhouse forum and discount codes are all available via the member dashboard.

Live events are hosted on Zoom. Each month, you’ll need to register for that month’s live event through your member dashboard, and then you’ll receive a Zoom meeting link directly to your email. If you can’t attend a live event, you’ll be able to watch it later in your member dashboard.

Cashmerette Club Patterns

When will the patterns be launched?

Each month’s patterns will be launched on the first of the month, together with all the other content (video masterclasses, announcement of the live event date etc.).

What sizes do Cashmerette Club patterns come in?

All Club patterns will be available in US sizes 0-32 and cup sizes C-H.

Each pattern will have two size ranges, 0-16 and 12-32, and as a Club member, you’ll get both size ranges. You can simply select and print the size range that works for you. As they are drafted on separate blocks, you cannot merge sizes across the two size ranges.

What format do the Cashmerette Club patterns come in?

Club patterns will be digital (PDF) patterns (they will not be available as printed patterns). With PDF patterns, you can download them instantly and not have to pay a penny for shipping, plus they’re all layered, which means you can JUST print the size(s) you need, making it way easier to find your size, and saving ink. The patterns come in “print at home” and A0 formats (read below for more on that!)

Do I need a printer at home to use the digital PDF patterns?

To use our PDF patterns, you’ll need to download the files to a computer (we do not recommend attempting to download to a tablet or other mobile device). Then you have a choice of how to print:

• If you have a printer at home, you can use the “Print at Home” files to print on A4 or letter sized paper at home, trim the pages, and then tape or glue them together to create your pattern. We have lots of guidance here!
• Alternatively, you can send the A0 files to a printing service like PDFPlotting.com that will do all the work for you! Check out how to do that here, and a great list of low-cost printers here.

Will Club patterns be available to non-Club members?

Club patterns are available to Cashmerette Club members only! We will not be making them available as standalone patterns on our website, so if you want in on the fun, you’ll have to join the party.

What type of patterns will you be launching?

Shhhh, that would be telling! Part of the fun of the Club is a new surprise every month, but needless to say you’ll get the Cashmerette you know and love: totally wearable pieces that are a fantastic fit for curves. There will be a mixture of more complex and simpler patterns, but all of them will be suitable for a confident beginner. They have all been designed in the same way as our current patterns, with the high quality we know you love.

If I join at the Base or Plus tier, will I get access to past Club patterns?

Our Base and Plus plan members get access to patterns starting in the month that they join. For example, if you join in April, you’ll get access to April’s pattern, plus any new pattern for the duration of your membership (May, June, etc).

At those plans, you won’t have access to previous months’ patterns. To get access to the complete library of Club patterns, you’ll need to join at the All Access level.

Which patterns do I get at the All Access level?

In short, all of them! As an All Access member, you’ll be able to download patterns that were launched at any time in the Club, even before you joined.

Will the Club patterns work with projectors?

The A0 layered file format is compatible with projector sewing.

Fit masterclasses

What are the fit masterclasses?

The Cashmerette Club fit masterclasses are pre-recorded video workshops presented by curvy fitting expert and best-selling author Jenny Rushmore, on a whole host of fitting topics. A new workshop will be added each month, to help you hone your fitting skills. The entire library of masterclasses is available for all Plus and All Access members.

How do I access and watch the fit masterclasses?

Links to all the fit masterclasses are available on your member dashboard. You can watch them anywhere you can access video, such as your computer, tablet or phone.

How are the fit masterclasses different to the Cashmerette online workshops?

The monthly fit masterclasses are a great opportunity for Jenny to deep-dive into topics that can’t be covered in a 2 or 3 hour online workshop that covers lots of topics. Look forward to Jenny’s unvarnished (and humorous!) approach to fitting, with tons of tips and “aha!” moments.

How long do I get access to the fit masterclasses?

As a Plus or All Access member, you’ll get access to library of all fit masterclasses (even ones before you joined!) for as long as you’re member. If your membership lapses, you will no longer have access.

Live Events

What are the live events?

Every month, there will be a live event featuring Jenny Rushmore (in the unlikely event she can’t do it, a Cashmerette team member will sub in) where you can join in to talk about a specific topic, get advice, and enjoy chatting with your fellow Club members! The date of the event will be announced on the first Monday of the month.

How do I join the live events?

Each month you’ll get a registration link (via email, and also on your member dashboard) to let us know you’re joining. Then, you’ll be sent an email with an exclusive link to join the party on Zoom. It’s up to you if you want to keep your video on – but we would love to see your lovely faces!

What time will the live events be at?

The live events take place on weekdays, and we vary up the times to give members in different timezones a chance to attend.

What if I can’t join a live event live?

We’ll miss you! You’ll be able to watch the full recording afterwards in your member dashboard.

Cashmerette Clubhouse community forum

What is the Cashmerette Clubhouse?

The Clubhouse is an exclusive members-only forum hosted on our website, where you can chat about all things Club related! Get fit advice, share sewing stories, and connect with your fellow Club members.

How do I access the Cashmerette Clubhouse?

All members (at any tier) can access the Clubhouse through the membership dashboard on Cashmerette.com – no need to join a new social network!

Will the Cashmerette team be on the Clubhouse to help out?

We will! Members of the team will be popping in to answer questions and help out.

Exclusive Club Discount on Cashmerette

What discount will I get to Cashmerette if I join up to the Club?

All Access members will get a standing 15% off discount code to Cashmerette, and Plus members will get a standing 10% off code. The code is valid for as long as you’re a member.

What can I use my Cashmerette shop discount on?

Your discount can be used on individual patterns, books, and workshops, and excludes pattern bundles, fabric, wholesale orders, and Craftsy course.

Billing & Account

When will I get billed?

The Base and Plus plans are billed monthly, on the day of the month that you joined. What that means is that if you join on February 15th, you’ll be billed again on March 15th, April 15th, etc.

The All Access plan is billed annually, on the day of the year that you joined. So if you join on February 15th, 2022, you’ll be billed again on February 15th, 2023.

You will have access to the month’s content releases so long as you are currently a subscribed member. For instance, if you join on February 20th, you will immediately receive February’s content, and on the first Monday of March you will then receive March’s content. You will next be billed on March 20th.

I’m signing up for the All Access plan at a special discounted price. Will I get to keep that price going forward?

Yup! You lock in your rate and you’ll pay the same amount next year and beyond.

Can I change my plan at any time?

If you’re on a monthly plan, yes! You can switch your plan at any time through your Club account by cancelling your current plan and re-joining at the level you want to switch to. You can do both on the same day, or you can wait until closer to the end of your current membership if you prefer. (Note that the yearly All Access plan is paid in advance and cannot be refunded.)

Step 1: Cancel your current membership

Go to the account management page. You’ll need to log in to your account to view this page. Once you’re on the page, scroll down to the section called “Status”. On the right is the text “cancel membership” in red. Click on that text to cancel your membership.

Step 2: Sign up for the new plan

Visit the Cashmerette Club page. Select the new plan you would like, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout. You can then go to the Club dashboard and you’ll have access to all of the materials you’re now eligible for.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Absolutely! We hate to see you go, but we know life situations change. If you’re a monthly subscriber and you want to leave the Club, you can cancel your membership at any time through your Club account. You’ll continue to have access for the remainder of the term that you paid for.

If you joined at the All Access plan, you’re paying for the year up front, and your plan will not be prorated if you cancel early.

To cancel your membership, go to the account management page. You’ll need to log in to your account to view this page. Once you’re on the page, scroll down to the section called “Status”. On the right is the text “cancel membership” in red. Click on that text to cancel your membership.

If I cancel my membership, can I still access my Club patterns?

If you cancel your membership, you should make sure to download all of your Club patterns before your membership expires.

After your membership expires, you’ll be able to find all of the Club patterns you downloaded in your regular Cashmerette account. You won’t be able to access any Club patterns you were eligible for, but didn’t download. (If you missed that window, shoot us an email at club@cashmerette.com.)

Will Cashmerette still be making standalone, non-Club patterns?

Have no fear—we’re going to continue to release standalone patterns in PDF and print!
