The Dartmouth Top, Now Available in Sizes 12-32

Great news: the Dartmouth Top is now available as a printed and digital pattern in our new size range, 12-32, with the Cashmerette signature multi-cup sizes C-H!

The Dartmouth Top is a beloved cross-over jersey top that comes with two variations—a classic fixed wrap or modern ruched front. The Dartmouth is comfortable like a t-shirt, but with a more sophisticated look, so it’s no surprise that we sold out of the printed copies not long ago. That gave us the opportunity to reprint the Dartmouth in our new size range! (You can read all about the new size range here.) The Dartmouth joins the Fuller Cardigan as our second printed pattern available in sizes 12-32.

In addition to its two views, the Dartmouth has three sleeve length options and a gape-free neckline. That makes it great for a casual office setting or Sunday brunch, and you never have to worry about accidental exposure (phew!). Sew up a Dartmouth in a mid-weight jersey like cotton or rayon jersey, and you’ve got an instant winner. Plus, it’s totally nursing-friendly!

Friend of Cashmerette Kenna sewed up a Dartmouth in a 28 C/D graded to a 32 hip and using a 32 sleeve. She snapped some photos near her home in Los Angeles. (Boy, are we jealous of that gorgeous weather!) Kenna made her Dartmouth up in a light-weight sweater knit—how great does she look?!
